Description

Denison Mines Corp. (Denison) is engaged in uranium exploration, development, mining and milling with uranium mining projects in both the United States and Canada and development projects in Canada, the United States, Zambia and Mongolia. Denison�s assets include an interest in two of the four licensed conventional uranium mills in North America, with its 100% interest of the White Mesa mill in Utah and its 22.5% interest of the McClean Lake mill in Saskatchewan. In January 2013, it acquired JNR Resources Inc. In April 2013, the Company acquired a portfolio of uranium exploration projects held by Fission Energy Corp. (Fission), including Fission's 60% interest in the Waterbury Lake uranium project, as well as Fission's exploration interests in all other properties in the eastern part of the Athabasca Basin, Quebec and Nunavut, plus its interest in two joint ventures in Namibia. In April 2013, Denison Mines Corp acquired the entire share capital of Fission Energy Corp.
