Forsys Metals Corp. (Forsys) is an exploration-stage company. Forsys is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties located in Namibia, Africa. The Company is a uranium producer with 100% interest in Valencia uranium project and the Namibplaas uranium project in Namibia, Africa. Its Namibplaas Uranium Project is located seven kilometers northeast of the Valencia license area. The Company also has two gold exploration projects in Namibia. These are the Ondundu Gold Project (Ondundu). In October 2011, the Phase 2 drilling program at Namibplaas commenced, consisting of an additional 40,000 meters of percussion drilling in approximately 200 holes. Forsys owns 100% of Dunefield Mining Company (Pty) Limited, which holds the Namibplaas EPL 3638 and covers a total surface area of 1,742 hectares on the farm Namibplaas 93. On March 26, 2012, the Company acquired the remaining 30% interest in the Namibplaas project.
