Geologix Explorations Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing exploration and evaluation assets in North and South America. The Company has operations at Mexico, Nevada and Peru. The Company�s primary project include the Gold-Copper Tepal Project (Tepal Project), located in Michoacan State, Mexico. The property is 170 kilometers south of Guadalajara, in Mexico. The other properties of the Company include The Libertad Property located in Sonora State, Mexico; The Consejo Property; El Carmen property; La Joya Property in the Huancavelica District of Central Peru (a Joint Venture Project); The RO Property, and The Silver Cloud Property, which is 100% held by the Company. The Company has four 100% owned subsidiaries: two in Mexico, and one in each of Peru and the United States. The Company completed purchase of 100% interest of the Tepal Project in April 2011.
