Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (Innergex), is a developer, owner, and operator of run-of-river hydroelectric facilities and wind energy projects in North America. The Company also manages power generation facilities on behalf of Innergex Power Income Fund (the Fund). Innergex is active in the Canadian renewable power industry with a focus on hydroelectric and wind power projects. The Company has three business segments: hydroelectric production, wind power production, and management of sites. Innergex owns 13 hydroelectric and three wind power facilities, representing an aggregate installed capacity of 491 megawatt (MW).
