Trilogy Energy Corp. (Trilogy) is petroleum and natural gas-focused corporation, which acquires, develops, produces and sells natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids. Trilogy's oil and gas properties are located in the Kaybob and Grande Prairie areas of Alberta. As of December 31, 2011, it had undeveloped land base in Alberta, comprised of approximately 529,538 gross (415,837 net) acres of undeveloped lands. During the year ended December 31, 2011, its Kaybob properties produced 26,479 barrels of oil equivalent per day, which consisted of 112.6 million cubic feet per day of natural gas and 3,569 billion barrels per day of crude oil. During 2011, it operated approximately 90% of its producing wells in Grande Prairie area, which produced 1,534 barrels of oil equivalent per day. On February 9, 2011, it acquired 28 sections of land in Alberta associated with a prospective Montney oil pool. On March 9, 2011, one additional section was acquired.
