Western Lithium USA Corporation is a Canadian-based resource company focused on the development of a large lithium resource located in northwestern Nevada. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012, the Company is developing the Kings Valley Properties, which hosts lenses in which hectorite, a lithium-bearing smectite clay mineral, occur in thick, apparently continuous accumulations. The Kings Valley Properties consists of five of these hectorite clay lenses, which include the PCD Lens, South Lens, South Central Lens, North Central Lens and North Lens, which known as Stages I through V, respectively. The Stage I Lens is located in Humboldt County in northern Nevada, approximately 100 kilometer north-northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada and 40 kilometer west-northwest of Orovada, Nevada. The Company operates in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, Western Lithium Corporation.
