Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (Calfrac) is a provider of oilfield services, including fracturing, coiled tubing, cementing, and other stimulation services. The Company has its operations in Canada, the United States, Russia, Mexico, and Argentina. Calfrac's activities are conducted in three geographic segments: Canada, the United States and Latin America, and Russia. The Canadian segment is focused on the provision of fracturing, coiled tubing, and cementing services. The United States and Latin America segment of the Company’s business provides pressure pumping services. The Russian segment is focused on the provision of fracturing and coiled tubing services. On January 11, 2008, the Company acquired 70% of the common shares of ChemErgy Ltd. On January 4, 2008, Calfrac acquired Alberta Ltd. In November 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Century Oilfield Services Inc.
