Digital rights management involves preserving the integrity of the content and protecting it from unauthorized access. Billing services involves enabling customers to view subscription accounts and providing pay-per-view transactional billing, payment, processing and advertising insertion. On October 31, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Interactive Netcasting Systems Inc.
