Northland Resources S.A. (Northland) is a development-stage mining company, with two principal projects in northern Sweden and Finland. The Company is an exploration and development company. The Kaunisvaara project is located in Northern Sweden, while the Hannukainen project is located across the border in northern Finland. The Kaunisvaara project consists of the two iron ore deposits Sahavaara and Tapuli, located approximately 100 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle in Norrbotten County, Sweden, in the municipality of Pajala and near the village of Kaunisvaara. Hannukainen is located in the Kolari district of northern Finland some 30 kilometers north-east of Kaunisvaara. The deposit in Hannukainen also contains copper and gold. Pellivuoma is located approximately 15 kilometers west of Sahavaara. The Kaymajarvi area is located 15 kilometers west of the Kaunisvaara project. Marjarova is an iron ore exploration target, some 2 kilometers SE from Pellivuoma.
