The Company is engaged in exploration, development, production and management of oil and natural gas properties. Through its wholly-owned Venezuelan subsidiary, Vinccler Oil and Gas, C.A. (Vinccler Venezuela), PetroFalcon owns 40% of PetroCumarebo, S.A(PetroCumarebo) and 5% of Baripetrol, S.A. (Baripetrol). On February 1, 2008, PetroFalcon acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Lundin Venezuela, a holding company incorporated in Venezuela.
