Polaris Infrastructure Inc., formerly Ram Power, Corp., is a renewable energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of geothermal energy projects with an operating project in Nicaragua and development projects in Nicaragua, the United States and Canada. Its geothermal projects include San Jacinto Project, which is located in the northwest of Nicaragua near the city of Leon; Casita project, which is located in northwest Nicaragua in the department of Chinandega; Orita Project, which is located in the Southern California, and Clayton Valley Project, which is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Its portfolio of other geothermal exploration properties consists of Reese River project in Southern California and South Meager project in British Columbia. The Company, through its subsidiary, Polaris Energy Nicaragua S.A., owns and operates approximately 72 megawatt net per day capacity geothermal facility in the San Jacinto project.
