Strategic Income Allocation Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund�s investment objectives are to provide holders of Units (the Unitholders) with maximized total returns, and monthly tax-advantaged distributions. The Fund will invest in high yield bonds, investment grade bonds, senior loans and convertible debt. Aston Hill Asset Management Inc. has been retained to provide investment advisory and portfolio management services to the Fund and the SIA Trust (the Portfolio Trust). The manager and promoter of the Fund is Propel Capital Corporation.
