Strathmore Minerals Corp. (Strathmore) is a resource company specializing in the acquisition, exploration and development of advanced uranium properties in the United States. Its properties include the New Mexico Properties and the Wyoming Properties. The New Mexico Properties include Roca Honda Project, Church Rock, Dalton Pass, Nose Rock and Marquez. The Roca Honda property consists of 63 unpatented mining claims totaling approximately 1,200 acres (518 hectares). The Dalton Pass property is located in the western part of the Grants Mineral Belt in New Mexico. The Nose Rock Project is located northeast of Crownpoint within the Grants Mineral Belt in the State of New Mexico. The Marquez property includes 14,501 acres. The Wyoming Properties include the Gas Hills Properties, Jeep Property and the Juniper Ridge Project. . The Jeep Property comprises 152 claims totaling 3,140 acres (1,270 hectares).
