iShares CDN S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index Fund (iShares CDN Composite Index Fund) seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index (the Index) through investments in the constituent issuers of such Index. The Index consists of the largest (by market capitalization) and most liquid securities listed on the TSX, selected by S&P using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals. The Index is a market capitalization-weighted index, for which the weight of each constituent issuer is capped at 10%. The Index comprises the same securities as the S&P/TSX Composite Index. The Fund is managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited.
