iShares CDN S&P/TSX Global Gold Index Fund (iShares CDN Gold Sector Index Fund) seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index through investments in the constituent issuers of such Index. The Index consists of securities of global gold sector issuers selected by S&P using its industrial classifications and guidelines for evaluating issuer capitalization, liquidity and fundamentals, with the weight of any one company capped at 25% of the market capitalization of the Index. iShares CDN Gold Sector Index Fund is managed by Barclays Global Investors Canada Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Barclays PLC.
