The Company is a financial software developer that has developed market timing, trading analytics and automated trading execution software. The Company has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Titan Trading USA, LLC, (Titan Trading USA) Titan Trading GP Inc., (Titan GP), Titan Holdings USA LLC, and Titan Trading Corp. The product of the Company is TickAnalyst Suite (TAS), is a group of software applications. Signus, also known internally as the blackbox, is used to generate trading signals. TOMS, Titan’s order management software is used to execute and manage trades. QuickTick Charting is used for financial data visualization. TradeViewer is used to display the results of the trading performance. TopView and TopViewClient is used to distribute the real-time and historical trading signals. The automatic order execution software is responsible for processing the trading signals and turning them into online trading orders.
