Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company’s seeks to design, develop and test the turbine truck engine technology licensed through Alpha Engines Corporation. The Company focuses on the commercialization of its Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine Engine (DCGT) technology. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had no marketable product. On January 21, 2009, the Company entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Aerospace Machinery & Electric Co. Ltd. (AMEC) for providing a framework for the collaboration between the two companies on the development and commercialization of the DCGT, specifically for application opportunities in the Peoples Republic of China.
