iShares MSCI Turkey Investable Market Index Fund (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the MSCI Turkey Investable Market Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Turkey. The Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the Index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its Index. The Fund may invest the remainder of its assets in other securities, including securities not in the Index, futures contracts, options on futures contracts, other types of options and swaps related to its Index, as well as cash and cash equivalents, including shares of money market funds affiliated with its advisor or its affiliates.
