TVC Holdings Plc (TVC) is an investment holding company with investments in 13 portfolio companies. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2008), the Company continued to develop its portfolio, through the making of new investments, follow-on investments and divestments. The Company’s objective is to achieve capital appreciation through both working with its portfolio of investments in order to maximize their value and identifying new investment opportunities across a range of business sectors, principally in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In December 2008, the Company disposed its interests in ChangingWorlds Limited (ChangingWorlds) to a wholly owned subsidiary of Amdocs Limited. In November 2008, the Company acquired 18% shareholding in UTV Media plc (UTV).
