AUN CONSULTING, Inc. is mainly engaged in the provision of search engine marketing (SEM)-related consulting services. The Company has one business segment Marketing. The Marketing segment has three divisions. The SEM division is involved in the provision of consulting services based on the algorithm analyzing results to level up client's homepage in the searching results. The Pay for Performance (P4P) division conducts advertising sales agency business and provides operation consulting services. The Others division is involved in the provision of return on investment (ROI) validation services in domestic and overseas markets. As of May 31, 2012, the Company had five consolidated subsidiaries. On July 5, 2013, the Company sold its 90% interests in a Japan-based subsidiary.
