Nippon Building Fund Inc. is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company. The Trust aims at steady asset growth and stable earnings from mid- to long-term perspectives. It mainly invests in office buildings and its building sites located in the central Tokyo area, other areas in Tokyo and other regional cities in Japan. It also invests in securities and beneficiary certificates. As of December 31, 2012, its main properties included NBF Hibiya Building, NBF Platinum Tower, Nishi-Shinjuku Mitsui Building, NBF Toyosu Canal Front, Toranomon Kotohira Tower, Nakanosakaue Sunbright Twin, Gate City Ohsaki, NBF Toyosu Garden Front, Shiba NBF Tower and NBF Nihonbashi Muromachi Center Building. Its asset manager is Nippon Building Fund Management Ltd. On February 1, February 28, March 12 in 2013, it acquired properties located in Japan, respectively. On March 25, 2013, it acquired a Tokyo-based asset. On March 29, 2013, it acquired the remaining 50% stakes of a Tokyo-based property.
