Description
TOKYO GAS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based gas company. It has five business segments. The City Gas segment is engaged in the production, supply and sale of gas. This segment is also engaged in the provision of gas to city gas providers, as well as the supply and sale of gas in Malaysian. The Instrument and Gas Fitting segment is engaged in the sale of gas appliances, and the gas fitting business, such as gas piping works. The Other Energy segment is engaged in the sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the wholesale of electricity, the provision of energy services, as well as the sale of industrial gas. The Real Estate segment specializes in the leasing of real estate. The Others segment is involved in the investment to overseas gas field development, the transportation of liquid natural gas and LPG, the provision of information processing services, the construction of gas-related equipment, the payment credit business related to gas equipment sales and lease businesses, among others.
