The Others segment involves in the provision of general vehicle transportation services for passengers, the consultation business, the non-life insurance business focusing on overseas travel insurances, the temporary staffing, environmental improvement and security businesses. On July 19, 2012, it acquired a Japan-based subsidiary. On October 31, 2012, the Company merged with its Tokyo-based wholly owned subsidiary. In December, 2012, it established a 49.0% owned subsidiary Asia Pacific Airlines Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.
