In a Pig's Eye once referred to the City of Saint Paul. Founded in 1849 in the Territory of Minnesota, the city of 285,000 has gone through a few other name changes, finally settling on its current name in 1854. Saint Paul is located on the east bank of the Mississippi River and with its twin city Minneapolis forms the 16th largest metropolis in the US. The mayor-council government consists of an "at large" mayor and seven ward councilmembers. Minnesota's capital, Saint Paul is home to professional sports teams Minnesota Wild of the NHL and Minnesota Swarm of the National Lacrosse League (NLL).
