Millicom International Cellular S.A. (Millicom) is an international telecommunications and media company providing mobile, voice, data, cable television, broadband and financial services. The Company focuses on three core businesses, Mobile, Cable & Digital Media and Mobile Financial Services (MFS). The Company offers its mobile communications services in Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Chad, DRC, Ghana, Senegal, Rwanda and Tanzania under the brand name Tigo. In addition to mobile voice and SMS messaging, the Company offers mobile data and other content through its services. It offers fixed voice, broadband services and pay-TV, including premium content, in cable in Colombia, Bolivia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. The Company also offers MFS, such as money transfer, bill payments and merchant payments. The Company has businesses in three regions: Central America, South America and Africa.
