Indophil Resources NL (Indophil) is a mining company focused on exploration and development of gold and copper-gold opportunities in South East Asia. The Company is a joint venture partner in the Tampakan Copper-Gold Project (Tampakan Project) in the southern Philippines. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s key asset was a 37.5% interest in the Tampakan Project in the southern Philippines, in which Xstrata Queensland Limited (Xstrata Copper) holds a 62.5% interest. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had other interests in the Philippines - in Northern Luzon, Central Mindanao and Eastern Mindanao and they were at various stages of exploration, including a drilling program at the Itogon Gold Project. As of December 31, 2011, the Tampakan Project had a resource of 2.94 billion tons containing 15 million tons of copper and 17.6 million ounces of gold at a 0.2% copper cut-off grade. Effective June 7, 2012, Bank of America Corporation ceased to be holder of Indophil.
