TravelCLICK helps hotels navigate the seas of online reservations. It offers market intelligence and reservations software and services used by hotels to boost revenues and profitability. Its iHotelier program is a Web-based central reservation system that lets hotels manage rates and room inventory across multiple channels. Hotelligence360 uses competitive intelligence data to compare revenue and market performance of a customer's hotel against a custom list of competitors. TravelCLICK, which also offers online marketing and media services, has booked 37,000-plus hotel clients the likes of Accor and Loews in more than 160 countries. Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm, bought TravelCLICK in 2014 from Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, for $930 million.
