Claymore U.S. Capital Markets Bond ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of a fixed-income securities index called CPMKTB - The Capital Markets Bond Index (the Index). The Index is a total return index consisting of long-term United States investment-grade, fixed-income securities. The number of securities included in the Index has ranged from approximately 5,700 to 7,800 securities in the previous 10-year period, however, the number of securities included in the Index varies from month to month and may be higher or lower than the historical range. Securities eligible for inclusion in the Index, as determined by Dorchester Capital Management LLC, the index provider, are long-term, fixed-income securities, including the United States Treasury securities, the United States federal agency and other government-sponsored entities' fixed-income securities.
