The Company’s Community Banks and non-bank financial services affiliates are Union Bank & Trust Company, Northern Neck State Bank, Rappahannock National Bank, Union Mortgage Group, Inc., Union Investment Services, Inc. and Union Insurance Group, LLC respectively. The Company has two segments: its traditional full service community banking business and its mortgage loan origination business.
