ProShares Ultra Russell2000 Growth (the Fund) seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the Russell 2000 Growth Index (the Index). The Index is designed to provide a comprehensive measure of small-cap United States equity growth performance. It is an unmanaged, float-adjusted, market capitalization weighted Index consisting of stocks representing approximately half the market capitalization of the Russell 2000 Index that have been identified as being on the growth end of the growth-value spectrum. The Fund takes positions in securities and/or financial instruments that, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as 200% of the daily return of the Index.
