The Company operates in four segments: Non-Rechargeable Products, Rechargeable Products, Communications Systems, and Design and Installation Services. On November 10, 2008, the Company acquired U.S. Energy Systems, Inc. and its services affiliate, U.S. Power Services, Inc. In March 2009, the Company acquired the tactical communications products business of SAIC, Inc.
