URS Corporation is a provider of engineering, construction and technical services. The Company is focused on four market sectors: power, infrastructure, federal, and industrial and commercial. It has three divisions: the URS Division, the EG&G Division and the Washington Division. Through its network of offices across the United States and in more than 30 countries, the Company provides services to a range of domestic and international clients, including the United States federal government agencies, national governments of other countries, and state and local government agencies both in the United States and in international locations. In August 2008, it acquired LopezGarcia Group, Inc. and most of the assets of Tryck Nyman Hayes, Inc.
