USA Truck, Inc. is a dry van truckload carrier transporting general commodities throughout the continental United States and into and out of Mexico and portions of Canada. For shipments into Mexico, the Company transfers its trailers to tractors operated by Mexican trucking companies at the facility in Laredo, Texas, which is operated by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Company transports many types of freight and provides complementary third party logistics and freight brokerage services for a diverse customer base. The Company provides its services for such industries as industrial machinery and equipment, rubber and plastics, retail stores, paper products, durable consumer goods, metals, electronics and chemicals.
