Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is a provider of postsecondary education for students seeking careers as professional automotive, diesel, collision repair, motorcycle and marine technicians as measured by total average undergraduate enrollment and graduates. It offer undergraduate degree, diploma and certificate programs at 10 campuses across the United States under the banner of brands, including Universal Technical Institute (UTI), Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and Marine Mechanics Institute (collectively, MMI) and NASCAR Technical Institute (NTI). The Company also offer manufacturer-specific training programs including both student paid electives at the campuses and manufacturer or dealer sponsored training at dedicated training centers. As of September 30, 2009, the average undergraduate enrollment was 15,854 full-time students.
