United States Basketball League, Inc. (USBL) operates a professional summer basketball league through franchises located in the United States. The Company is primarily engaged in selling franchises and managing the United States Basketball League (the League). The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Meisenheimer Capital, Inc. (MCI), which was formed for the purpose of developing and managing a professional basketball league, the League. Meisenheimer Capital Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (MCREH) is the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. The USBL is focused on having new teams participate in the 2010 season along with some of the old teams, such as Salina, Kansas; Dodge City, Kansas; Enid, Oklahoma; Brooklyn, New York, and Pennsylvania.
