Vecima Networks Inc. (Vecima Networks) is a Canada-based company. The Company designs, manufactures and sells products that enable broadband access to cable, wireless and telephony networks. Its hardware products incorporate embedded software developed by Vecima Networks. Service providers use its solutions to deliver services to the broadband market, including triple play (voice, video and data) and quadruple play (voice, video, data and wireless) services. The Company operates under three segments: converged wired solutions, broadband wireless and YourLink (service provision). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), converged wired solutions market accounted for 72% of the total sales, broadband wireless accounted 19%, and YourLink accounted 10%.
