Vanguard Health Care ETF (the Fund) is an exchange-traded share class of Vanguard Health Care Index Fund. The Fund tracks the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International US Investable Market Health Care Index, an index of stocks of large, medium and small United States companies in the health care sector, as classified under the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). This GICS sector is made up of manufacturing and service industries. The manufacturing segment includes industries, such as automotive, household durable goods, textiles and apparel, and leisure equipment. The services segment includes hotels, restaurants and other leisure facilities, media production and services, and consumer retailing. The Vanguard Group, Inc. serves as the investment advisor of the Fund.
