VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS) is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties, and either joint venturing or developing these properties further or disposing of them when the evaluation is complete. VMS is conducting exploration programs on its Snow Lake copper-zinc properties being the Reed , Hudbay, Cover (9-7, McClarty, Farwell, Dolomite, Wekusko (Hood Option), Copper), Sails, Puella, Copperman, Mort, Reed Lake North, Fox (Ruttan) and Darrol projects. It is also conducting exploration programs on its nickel properties being the Lynn Lake Gabbros Project, South Bay Project, North Thompson Project, Cedar Project and Leak Lake Project and Eden Lake. All the copper zinc and nickel projects are situated in Manitoba, Canada. An exploration program is also being conducted at the Motherwell Lake uranium property in Saskatchewan. On December 8, 2008, VMS acquired a 100% interest in the Dunlop Option claims.
