VSE Corporation (VSE), serves as a centralized management and consolidating entity for the Company’s business operations. VSE’s business operations consist primarily of diversified program management, logistics, engineering, information technology (IT), Construction program and consulting services performed on a contract basis. All of the Company’s contracts are with agencies of the United States Government and other government prime contractors, non-government organizations and commercial entities. The Company conducts its operations under four principal segments: the Federal, the International, the IT, Energy and Management Consulting and the Infrastructure. On April 14, 2008, the Company acquired G&B Solutions, Inc. (G&B) based in Reston, Virginia.
