Verify Smart Corp., formerly Treasure Explorations Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on providing identity protection/secured transaction services. Effective March 25, 2009, the Company entered into a joint venture agreement with Verified Capital Corp. and Verified Transactions Corp. for the formation and operation of a joint venture company that sells Internet security software for credit card fraud prevention. Through its interest in the joint venture corporation, the Company offers four product lines, including VerifyNGo, VerifyGateway, VerifyTransfer and VeriSmart Card.
