VeruTEK Technologies, Inc. is engaged in developing and commercializing technologies in the field of environmental remediation. The Company provides technical and consulting services to clients to resolve complex environmental remediation matters at a range of waste sites, principally by combining surfactant and oxidant chemistries. The Company has developed new clean and green technologies using food-grade surfactants and food additives that remove contamination without risk to humans or the environment. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008, the Company has secured a project with Keyspan Corporate Services LLC (Keyspan) and three relatively small commitments for full scale remediation projects.
