Vivacon AG is a Germany-based holding company of the Vivacon Group, engaged in the real estate sector. The Vivacon Group focuses on the acquisition and management of rentable properties, dealing in housing portfolios, asset management and other real estate-related services, leasing properties held in the proprietary real estate portfolio, property development for restored listed housing and designer properties. The Company's activities are divided into three business sectors: Investment Management, Asset Management, and Development. The Company has representative offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, Frankfurt and Munich, Germany. The Vivacon Group operates through a number of subsidiaries in Germany and Luxembourg, as well as through Vivacon CEE in the Czech Republic. As of July 1, 2008, the Company sold a residential real estate portfolio with a total area of more than 130,000 square meters in Western Germany in the form of a sale of shares in special purpose vehicles.
