Wound Management Technologies, Inc. is engaged in developing and marketing products for the advanced wound care market, through its wholly owned subsidiary Wound Care Innovations LLC (Wound Care Innovations). The Company holds the global license to global license to certain technologies and processes related to an advanced collagen based wound care product formulation, which it markets under the brand name CellerateRx. The CellerateRx products are marketed to and being used by wound care providers of all types. In October 2009, the Company acquired Resorbable Orthopedics LLC, a company with patented technologies, including a resorbable bone wax and a delivery system for orthopedic bone void fillers, among others.
