The Company focuses on serving small and mid-size businesses through loans, deposits, investments, and related financial services, and to gather retail core deposits. It provides residential and commercial real estate, commercial and consumer lending services, as well as retail deposit and cash management services. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company acquired 1st Reverse Financial Services, LLC. Its subsidiaries include WSFS Bank and Montchanin Capital Management, Inc.
