Wind Works Power Corp., formerly AmMex Gold Mining Corp. develops the wind park for sale to wind energy producers. Its business model is to assemble a land package, secure regulatory approval, provide engineering studies, build the required infrastructure and finally enter into power purchase agreements with local utilities. The Company sells its wind farms, and offers buyers a turnkey package. Its two projects include two 10 megawatt (MG) wind parks; the Snowy Ridge Windpark (Snowy Ridge) and Grey Highland Windpark. Snowy Ridge is a 10 megawatt (MW) project located in the vicinity of Bethany, Ontario. Grey Highland is a 10 MW project located in Maxwell, Ontario, and encompasses approximately 700 acres. As of June 30, 2009, it had not generated any revenues. Effective January 31, 2010, it announced the acquisition of Zero Emission People LLC. The acquisition includes Zero Emission People's equity interest in 10 wind energy projects in Canada and the United States totaling 320 MW.
