Western Prospector Group Ltd. (Western Prospector) is in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. All of the Company's mineral property interests of uranium and coal properties are located in Mongolia. The Company is focused primarily on the Saddle Hills uranium project. The Saddle Hills project consists of various mineral exploration licenses covering approximately 178,000 hectares in northeastern Mongolia. The Gurvanbulag Central uranium deposit, includes three shafts and about 17 kilometers of underground tunnels down to the 260 meter level. In addition, the Company holds six exploration licenses with coal potential in Mongolia. In June 2009, CNNC International Limited, through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, First Development Holdings Corporation, acquired a 69% interest in Western Prospector.
