The Company is engaged in developing, commercializing and marketing audio technologies under the Turtle Beach and HyperSound brands. The Company operates through two business segments: Voyetra Turtle Beach and HyperSound. The Turtle Beach brand is engaged in providing headset solutions for use across multiple platforms, including video game and entertainment consoles, handheld consoles, personal computers, tablets and mobile devices. The HyperSound technology is a sound technology that delivers directional audio in commercial settings and consumer devices, including clarity and comprehension for listeners with hearing loss. The Company markets its HyperSound technology to retailers and audio-visual integrators for commercial applications.
