A top supplier and marketer of timeshare vacation properties worldwide, the company operates through two primary consumer brands: Wyndham Vacation Resorts and WorldMark by Wyndham. WVO boasts about 185 vacation ownership resorts in the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific, representing some 23,000 individual vacation ownership units and more than 900,000 owners of vacation ownership and other real estate interests. It has been expanding its presence in the US. WVO is a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide, which was spun off from Cendant (now Avis Budget Group) in 2006.
