XsunX, Inc. (XsunX) is a development-stage company. As of September 30, 2009, the Company was focused on the development of a thin film solar manufacturing concept. It focuses on the combination of thin film solar processes with magnetic media thin film manufacturing technologies derived from the hard disc drive (HDD) industry. On January 5, 2010, the Company announced the completion of a Copper Indium Gallium di Selenide (CIGS) thin-film solar device. In February 2009, XsunX and Intevac, Inc., a provider of magnetic media deposition equipment to the HDD industry, began to collaborate in the development of techniques and equipment for the production of processes and equipment for the manufacture of CIGS thin-film solar cells on small area wafers. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2009, the Company had not generated any revenue from its operations.
