St. Augustine Gold & Copper Limited (St. Augustine) is engaged in developing the King-king project, one of the undeveloped copper-gold projects in the world, situated in Mindanao, Philippines. The King-king deposit is a copper-gold porphyry deposit located in the southeast of the Philippine Island of Mindanao, 35 kilometers east of Davao City and 13 kilometers from the coast. As of February 10, 2012, the measured and indicated (M&I) mineral resource consisted of 5.4 billion pounds of contained copper and 10.3 million troy ounces of contained gold. On January 7, 2011, the Company acquired St. Augustine Mining, Inc. and a 50% ownership and control of Strato International Holdings, Ltd. Effective June 28, 2013, St. Augustine Gold & Copper Ltd acquired a 25% stake in Nationwide Development Corp.
